For Multi-Location Bakeries

Turn your plan into printed ship tickets — one per location.

One click and your production plan becomes a retail-totals overview plus a ready-to-print packing list for every location — with item codes, quantities, notes, the ship date, and an auto PO number. Print it at the packing station, or save it as a PDF and send it along with the delivery.

Sound Familiar?

Making Tickets the Hard Way

You know what each location needs. Getting that onto a clean, printed ticket — one per store, every morning — is where the time goes.

A Handwritten Ticket for Every Location

Every morning you're scribbling a separate ticket for each store. It's slow, it's messy, and one smudged number means the wrong box gets packed.

The Ticket Goes Stale the Moment You Change the Plan

You bump a quantity after the ticket is already written. Now the line is making one number and the paper says something else.

The Packing Station Is Guessing

Without a clear list per store, whoever's packing has to figure it out on their own — and short deliveries or wrong boxes follow.

Special Instructions Get Lost

"Use 24h levain." "Hold the nuts for store 3." Those notes live in your head or a text chain — they rarely make it to the person at the packing table.

Before & After

The same information — but one your team can actually read and trust.

Without CafeKit — handwritten, crossed out, already wrong:

Riverside Store — Tues

Sourdough 12 14

Baguettes 8 6

Cinnamon Rolls 10 ?

"24h levain?? ask kitchen"

...and a separate sheet for every other store.

With CafeKit — clean, printed, ready to go with the delivery:

Everything the Line and the Delivery Driver Need

A kitchen overview for the bakers, and a clear packing list per store for whoever's loading the boxes.

A page per location, plus a totals overview

Page one is the Retail Totals — your full day's production in one view. After that, each location gets its own packing list so the right items go into the right box.

An automatic PO number per location

Each location gets its own PO number, generated from the ship date and that store's ship-to code (for example, 062426RIV). The receiving store uses it as their reference when the delivery arrives. (This is not an order for ingredients from a vendor — CafeKit doesn't create vendor purchase orders.)

Your notes ride along to the packing station

Notes you add to an item or to the day's plan print on the ticket — so "use 24h levain" reaches the person at the packing table, not just the person who wrote the plan.

Zero-quantity items shown, greyed out

Items you're not shipping still appear on the ticket, greyed out. Your team can see the full picture and knows a zero means intentional — not an oversight.

Rows packed to fit the page, not a fixed count

The ticket fills the page as efficiently as it can — no single lonely row stranded on a second sheet, no wasted paper.

Always the latest numbers

CafeKit reads your plan at the moment you export, so a last-minute change is already on the ticket. The same Export menu also generates your PRIMS file — same plan, same numbers, two outputs.

Four Steps

From Plan to Printed Ticket

No new tools to learn — if you can fill out your production plan, you can print the tickets.

1

Plan the day, per location

Enter quantities for each item and location. CafeKit shows your past Square sales and upcoming preorders alongside each row so you're not guessing.

2

Click Export → Ship Ticket

One button on the plan page. CafeKit reads the latest numbers and builds the ticket right then.

3

Get your totals overview, then a list per store

Page one is the Retail Totals — everything you're making that day. Each page after is one location's packing list, with item codes, names, quantities, notes, the ship date, and an auto PO number.

4

Print it or save as a PDF

Print the whole set at the packing station, or use your browser's Print → Save as PDF to email or share each store's page with their delivery.

Stop handwriting tickets. Print them in one click.

CafeKit turns your production plan into a retail-totals overview plus a packing list for every store — always from the latest numbers, ready to print or save as a PDF.

Free early access. No credit card required.
